Beware, there's friction – how we can deal with tension at work

Career & New Work
Zwei Geschäftsleute im Büro im ernsthaften Gespräch

In group coaching, you will receive help on how to deal with difficult colleagues, demanding bosses, and nagging neighbors.

Some conflicts don't escalate suddenly – tensions often announce themselves early on. In group coaching, we reflect on situations from everyday work life and develop initial steps to clarify issues in a timely manner, build bridges, and protect our own boundaries. Together we will explore Friedrich Glasl's stages of conflict and examine when clarification is advisable. The focus is on your experiences and the exchange with one another: In peer case consultation, participants bring their own concerns, consider them from different perspectives, and develop appropriate courses of action – for example, in cases of demanding colleagues, misunderstandings within the team, or recurring boundary violations. You will receive concrete suggestions on how to use anger constructively and conduct conversations clearly, respectfully, and with a focus on solutions. This will enable you to take appropriate next steps for your daily work and benefit from the group's experience.
